Blown Away Glass Studio is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to give people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our website, our studio and our services, in a way that respects their dignity and independence. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard referenced by the AODA’s Integrated Accessibility Standards, and to follow the more recent WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical. This is an ongoing effort: we test and improve our site over time, and we know some areas may fall short.

Our studio and gallery are located at 6506 Wellington Road 7, Elora, ON N0B 1S0. Please remember that the hotshop is a working glass studio with heat and equipment. If you have specific accessibility needs for a visit or a class, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment for us. We review our practices as our website and studio change, and we welcome suggestions on how we can do better.

Cancellation & refund policy: All classes / workshops / teambuildings / parties / events are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will lose 50% of the full amount if you cancel your workshop within 2 weeks of date confirmed. The other 50% can be put towards another class or on pieces already for sale in the gallery. If you cancel within 2 days or miss your class no refund will be issued. Classes expire after 2 years of purchase date.
